Natalie White

Head of Brand Communications at Rated People

Natalie White began their career in 2010 as a Sales Assistant at Debenhams. Natalie was responsible for personal shopping, cashier roles, dealing with returns and complaints, selling store credit cards and building customer loyalty through great customer service. In 2012, they joined Rated People as Head of Brand Communications. In this role, they drove brand awareness and engagement, managed ATL campaigns and explored new opportunities such as podcasts and influencer marketing. Natalie also owned the PR strategy and led its implementation. Natalie then moved on to become a Digital Content Manager, where they created and managed SEO-optimised content across a number of touchpoints to increase website traffic, engagement and conversions. Natalie also supported the CMO to deliver a successful rebrand, drove sales leads and brought new content marketing opportunities to the table. Finally, they were an Online Content Writer, transforming the content function of the business and providing copywriting support across the entire business.

Natalie White attended Chatham Grammar School for Girls from 2002 to 2009, where they obtained 4 A Levels, 11 GCSE's with an A to B split, in Media Studies, English Literature, Spanish and Information Technology. Natalie then attended Bath Spa University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a BA Hons in Media Communications. Natalie also holds an NCTJ accredited certification from News Associates.
