Eric Alix has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Eric is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at RATP Smart Systems since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Advisor at Independent from January 2019 to February 2020.
From 2016 to 2019, Eric was the Chief Executive Officer at Probayes. Eric also held the position of Chief Data Officer at Le Groupe La Poste from June 2015 to January 2019.
Before that, Eric worked at Bouygues Telecom where they served as the Big Data Lab Manager from October 2013 to April 2015. Additionally, they were the CRM Innovation Manager from December 2011 to September 2013 and the Process Manager from February 2009 to November 2011.
Prior to joining Bouygues Telecom, Eric worked at Eurogroup as a Senior Manager from September 2001 to November 2009. Eric was responsible for various projects, including overall diagnosis, ROI analysis, and multi-brand CRM strategy.
Eric started their career as a Consultant at Orga Consultants from April 1996 to August 2001. Eric was involved in Supply Chain reconfiguration and process reengineering for different companies.
Eric also served in the military service as a member of the 13th BCA Chasseurs Alpins from January 1995 to October 1995.
Eric Alix has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and areas of study. In 1989, they attended Lycée Fénelon Paris, where they focused on mathematics and physics during their time in the Classes préparatoires program. From 1991 to 1994, Eric pursued a Master's degree in Building Construction & Civil Engineering at Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie. In 2018, they attended the Venture Capital Executive Program with Jerome Engel at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Lastly, in 2019, Eric Alix enrolled at Harvard Business School Online, where they earned a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy with Clayton Christensen.
