Pankaj Patel

Pankaj Patel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pankaj started their career at Eastern Gear Corporation in 1986, where they worked as a Manager Quality Control, Group Leader, and Quality Technician until 1989. Pankaj then joined International Gear as a Principal Manufacturing Engineer, specializing in Gear Engineering, from 1989 to 1992. After that, they joined The Timken Company, where they held various managerial positions, including Plant Manager, VP of Manufacturing, and Manager of Operations and Technology, from 1992 to 2017. Currently, Pankaj Patel is the Chief Operating Officer at Rave Gears, a position they assumed in August 2017.

Pankaj Patel has a strong educational background with degrees in Business Administration, Management and Operations, Engineering Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2010, they pursued an MS degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Rensselaer at Work, which they completed in 2011. Earlier, Pankaj attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1988, focusing on Engineering Management.
