Treve Wearne has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1991. In 1991, they began their career at Epson UK Ltd as a Systems Marketing Manager, where they managed the company's PC and Portable Laptop marketing and channel strategy. In 1996, they founded and became Chief Sales Officer of Tokairo Ltd, later renamed Document Logistix Ltd. In 2007, they were an Advisor to the Chief Sales Officer at Acal IT, and in 2008 they were an Advisor to the Chairman at Ideagen, an Advisor to Kodak EMEA CEO at Kodak Alaris, and an Independent Project Lead at DHL Global Forwarding. In 2009, they became the Head of Solutions Pre Sales at Kofax, and in 2017 they were the Pre-Sales Leader & Transformation Consultant at ABBYY. In 2018, they became the MEDDICC, Sales Acceleration and Enablement Leader at Nazca Services, and in 2022 they began their current role as the Head of Sales Enablement at Ravelin Technology.

Treve Wearne has a diverse education history. Treve obtained a Certificate in Financial Technology & Innovation (Fintech) from the University of Oxford Saïd Business School in 2017. Treve also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, which they obtained in 1987. Prior to this, they obtained a Business Studies degree from Kingston University, with a focus on Marketing and Finance, in 1986. In 2018, they completed The 7 Forces of Business Mastery from Anthony Robbins Mastery University, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they obtained an Oxford Fintech Programme certification from the University of Oxford Saïd Business School in October 2017.
