Seth Steensma

Seth Steensma has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Seth began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Affinity Solutions in 2004, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, Seth joined Adams Thermal Systems as a Tooling/Equipment Engineer. After a year, they moved to Raven Industries, where they held various positions. Seth started as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in 2012 and then became an Engineering Manager in 2015. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Engineering at Raven Industries since August 2022.

Seth Steensma obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering from Dordt University from 2000 to 2004.
