Ananda McAdams

Ananda McAdams has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple organizations. In 2014, they served as a Director of Sales and Business Development, where they oversaw the development of visual messages, secured relationships with local organizations, and managed a team of twenty employees. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Business Development Executive at GBI Impact, where they developed strategies to foster client relationships and created event solutions for optimal connections. They also worked as a Real Estate Salesperson at eXp Realty during the same period. In 2019, Ananda McAdams founded Frame & Fortune, a company that generated $1.25M in sales in its first year and implemented systems for lead sourcing, deal acquisition, renovations, and resale. Currently, Ananda McAdams is serving as the Director of Business Development at RAW:natural born artists, where they facilitated the company's transition to a SaaS model, oversaw CRM migration, developed an effective go-to-market strategy, and managed ad campaigns to optimize lead generation efforts.

Ananda McAdams attended the University of South Carolina from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in Marketing. In 2008, they also briefly studied International Business at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Additionally, they hold certifications as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Nevada Real Estate Division, obtained in October 2021, and the Oregon Real Estate Agency, obtained in February 2018.
