Michelle Odell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Michelle started their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative at Brenntag, where they provided daily customer service support and handled administrative tasks.

In 2012, Michelle joined Pelco by Schneider Electric as a Business Planner for Global Service & Repair. Michelle was responsible for managing an $11 million operational budget and overseeing non-production purchasing, payroll, HR support, IT support, and travel requirements. Michelle later took on the role of Project Manager for Customer Satisfaction & Quality, where they led cross-functional teams in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing continuous improvement projects. Finally, they served as the Customer Service Manager for Global Order Management, leading a team of 20 across three countries.

Most recently, Michelle worked at UBEO Business Services and Ray Morgan Company as a Strategic Accounts Executive, focusing on helping clients with digital transformation and leveraging hardware and software for business goals.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated a strong dedication to partnering with clients, achieving operational excellence, and driving process improvements.

Michelle Odell attended Clovis West High School from 2000 to 2003. During their high school years, they did not obtain a specific degree or focus on any particular field of study. In addition to their high school education, Michelle also obtained various certifications. In March 2016, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Schneider Electric. Moreover, in August 2015, Michelle obtained an ISO 9001 Certified Internal Auditor certification from the same institution.
