Pd Dr. Med. Nora N. Sommer

PD Dr. med. Nora N. Sommer is the Founder and Co-CEO of Raya Diagnostics since October 2021 and has served as an Assistant Professor for Radiology at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München since October 2011, where Sommer is also a board-certified Radiologist. Educational qualifications include a PhD thesis on High-resolution 3D Black-Blood imaging of the brain from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (2012-2020) and an MD thesis on liver cell transplantation from Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin (2007-2012). Additional educational pursuits encompass a Doctor of Medicine from Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin (2006-2011) and a research fellowship in Experimental Surgery and Regenerative Medicine (2007-2008). Prior to higher education, Sommer completed the Abitur at Merz Akademie, Hochschule für Gestaltung, Kunst und Medien, Stuttgart (1994-2003).
