What you will bring to Rayn as a Junior Product Manager 

As a Junior Product Manager at Rayn, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative digital solutions to market. Your passion for customer-centric product development, your proactive approach to problem-solving, and your eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment will be essential to our success.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to the development of Go-to-Market strategies and assist in validating market research for new digital products.

  • Support in establishing a cohesive digital product vision and contribute to strategy development, including defining relevant metrics for success.

  • Assist in managing initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, working closely with researchers, designers, and engineers.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX and Engineering Design teams to ensure the effective integration of design and functionality.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating quarterly and yearly product roadmaps, participating in the design of new features and improvements to UX/UI.

  • Support new product development initiatives, contributing to various stages of the process from discovery to delivery.

  • Conduct research on emerging digital product ideas and potential features based on industry trends.

  • Support in drafting PRDs and user stories for new product features and grooming them with engineering teams to effectively communicate what needs to be built

  • Assist in leveraging product metrics to evaluate the impact of feature releases on performance.

  • Support in managing technology product teams, contributing ideas for innovation across software products.

  • Contribute insights to mobile app product design efforts, with a focus on enhancing user experience.

  • Demonstrate familiarity with cross-platform development concepts, including Android, iOS, voice assistant platforms, and web applications.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure product alignment with company objectives.

  • Provide support to the User Support Leader to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in the technology industry, with exposure to product management roles or related functions.

  • Familiarity with digital product development processes and methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Interest in cross-platform development, with exposure to various platforms such as Android, iOS, and web.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.

  • Basic understanding of software development processes, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with product analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
