Shirlie Wang

Shirlie Wang has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Shirlie started their career at Alliance Bank as a Sr. Accountant from 2005 to 2007. Shirlie then worked at Beach Business Bank as an AVP Assistant Controller/Loan Accounting from 2007 to 2013. Shirlie joined California Business Bank in 2014 as a Consultant-Acting Controller, where they prepared financial reports and projections. In the same year, they also joined Royal Business Bank as a VP/Assistant Controller, responsible for financial and regulatory reporting. Shirlie later became VP/Financial Reporting Officer at Royal Business Bank from 2017 to 2022. Since 2019, Shirlie has been working at East West Bank as an AVP/Accounting Analysis & Reporting (AAR) Supervisor.

Shirlie Wang pursued their education starting in 1997 at California State University, Northridge, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/MIS in 2002. Following this, in 2008, they attended the University of California, Los Angeles Extension and obtained a Certificate in Accounting in 2009.
