Rebecca Picano

Rebecca Picano has extensive work experience in various roles within distribution, marketing, customer service, and operations. Rebecca currently holds the position of Director of Distribution at RBC Bearings, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Distribution & Marketing at Climax Metal Products Company from March 2022 onwards. Before that, they worked as the Customer Service and Sales Manager from January 2018 to April 2022, and as a Customer Service Representative from July 2017 to April 2022, both at Climax Metal Products Company. Rebecca also has a background in operations, having served as the Director of Operations at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from August 2008 to July 2017.

Rebecca Picano has a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing Management from Grove City College. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma with Summa Cum Laude Honors from Mentor High School.
