Elena Koycheva, CFA, CAIA, CIPM has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Elena is currently the Head of ESG Client Experience at BlueBay Asset Management, where they have been working since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as an ESG Institutional Portfolio Manager at the same company from June 2021 to August 2022. Elena also worked as a Senior RFP Writer in Global Business Development at BlueBay Asset Management from September 2016 to May 2021.

Before joining BlueBay Asset Management, Elena worked at Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Global Portfolio Solutions from October 2012 to July 2016. Prior to that, they were a Request for Proposals Officer at Dexia Asset Management from October 2011 to September 2012. Elena also gained early experience as an intern at Tokuda Bank from March 2010 to June 2010.

In addition, Elena worked as a Performance Analyst at Dexia Asset Management from October 2008 to September 2009. Elena served as a Computer Laboratory Supervisor at Richmond, the American International University in London from January 2006 to May 2008. Elena also worked as a Consultant at Ariadne Capital from June 2007 to August 2007, and as an intern at Regional Cooperative Union in Sofia, Bulgaria from May 2006 to August 2006.
