Stephan Eckstein

Stephan Eckstein has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Stephan began their career at UBS, where they completed internships within Wealth Management. Stephan then joined Zürcher Kantonalbank and held various roles, including Account Manager for Corporate and Private Clients. In 2000, they moved to Schroders, where they took on different sales and leadership positions, overseeing institutional and wholesale operations. Since 2020, Stephan has been working at BlueBay Asset Management, first as the Sales Director for Wholesale in Switzerland and currently as the Head of Financial Institutions in Switzerland.

Stephan Eckstein's education history begins in 1980 when they attended Kantonsschule Limmattal and obtained a Swiss Matura Diploma in Gymnasium in 1986. Following this, they went on to the University of Zurich from 1987 to 1990, where they earned their First Diploma in Biology.

In 1991, Stephan attended Kaderschule Zürich, where they pursued their Federal Diploma in Finance and Economics. This program lasted from 1991 to 1993. Subsequently, in 1995, they enrolled in the Eidg. dipl. Bankfachexperte program, where they obtained their Swiss Federal Banking Diploma as a Swiss Certified Banking Specialist in Banking and Finance, completing this program in 1998.

Lastly, in 2002, Stephan Eckstein attended the University of St.Gallen, where they acquired a Diploma in Financial Market Theory, specializing in Financial Markets.
