Nazanin Mehrasa

Nazanin Mehrasa is a skilled machine learning expert with extensive experience in research and leadership roles. Currently serving as Machine Learning Research Team Lead at Borealis AI since June 2020, Nazanin has progressed through various positions, including Senior Machine Learning Researcher and Machine Learning Researcher. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Simon Fraser University, where research focused on computer vision and machine learning, and internships at Borealis AI and AltumView Systems Inc. Educational credentials include a PhD and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic.
