Our Audit & Mapping unit, which focuses in helping our clients to enhance supply chain transparency, responsible sourcing practices, and adhere to industry standards, is searching for a dynamic and energetic Project Manager.

Audit & Mapping helps clients with due diligence and ESG supply chain audits by conducting customised supply chain mapping audits at all tier levels. RCS Global is an accredited auditing body and trusted partner for all relevant responsible sourcing industry programs including London Metal Exchange (LME), Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), London Bullion Market Association (LBMA), and certified to audit for copper, cobalt, 3TG, silver, platinum group metals and coloured gemstones. The Audit & Mapping team further support clients with on-going monitoring, training, capacity building and technical advisory.

As Project Manager you will work from project inception to final delivery, and oversees the production of project deliverables, and also engages directly with the client on a day-to-day basis while providing excellent customer service and quality. You will identify the project's goals, objectives, and scope and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. Will communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track.

Some activities you will be doing:

  • Project Delivery, engaging with clients, understanding their needs and driving project requirements, reviewing audit reports for client readiness along side the QA team.

  • Take full accountability of the project progress, managing the budget and ensuring that the project is completed efficiently within the budget and established timeframe.

  • Business Development, proactively identify and manage opportunities to expand contracts

  • Client Management

  • Team Management, Engaging in team mentoring and supervision of team members with the projects you are participating in.

Were you will be based

Ideally based in our around London. Travel within and outside Europe may be required sporadically.

About you 

  • Masters degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Sustainability or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management Role, preferable in a Consultancy organisation

  • Knowledge and understanding of responsible raw materials sourcing and supply chain sustainability issues

  • Experience in responsible sourcing and procurement

  • Experience delivering excellent client service in a client-facing role

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent writing skills in English for client-facing deliverables

  • Strong attention to detail
