Andrea Sacchetti

Andrea Sacchetti is an experienced rotary-wing pilot with extensive background in medical transport and search and rescue operations. Since April 2016, Andrea has been with REACH Air Medical Services, completing over 150 medical transport flights annually, successfully managing complex inter-facility transfers and scene calls. Prior to this role, Andrea served in the U.S. Coast Guard for nearly 20 years, achieving leadership positions such as Director of Air Operations and Search and Rescue Coordinator, overseeing life-saving efforts across a vast maritime area. Andrea's extensive flight experience includes training roles as a Flight Examiner and Instructor Pilot, managing personnel and operations for multiple aircraft, and conducting high-stakes Arctic deployments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, supplemented by several aviation training programs.
