Jessica is currently working as a Senior Research Consultant at Reach3 Insights since 2022.
Prior to that, Jessica worked at Worldpanel by Kantar from 2017 to 2022. Jessica held various roles during their tenure, starting as a Research Analyst, where they led multiple client projects and achieved recognition as a "High Flyer" within the graduate scheme cohort. Jessica then moved on to become a Research Executive, where they worked on a global consumer sustainability attitudes study and collaborated with clients to understand shopper and consumer behavior. After that, they became a Research Manager, responsible for leading shopper research on Worldpanel Plus and creating tailored research solutions for clients. Their final role at Worldpanel by Kantar was as a Research Consultant, where they served as the Consumer Insight Director for LinkQ.
Before joining Worldpanel by Kantar, Jessica worked at Gympass in 2017. Jessica started as a Business Development Analyst, conducting research on target firms and leading outbound prospecting campaigns. Jessica then took on the role of Sales Planning Analyst, where they managed top clients, analyzed sales activities, and supported the growth of B2B sales teams.
Jessica Todd earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International History and Politics from the University of Leeds, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in marketing and consumer behavior from LinkedIn, including "Marketing Foundations: Qualitative Research," "Marketing Foundations: Targeting," "Advanced Consumer Behavior," "How to Create and Run a Brilliant Remote Workshop," "Market Research Foundations," "Marketing Foundations: Consumer Behavior," and "Marketing: Customer Segmentation." Jessica obtained these certifications in January and February 2021.
