Paulo Ferreira

Paulo Ferreira started working as a Software Engineer at Reachdesk in January 2022. Before that, they worked at Talkdesk from October 2019 to November 2021, holding various roles such as Software Engineer II, Software Engineer, and Tech Dojo - Software Engineer.

Paulo Ferreira completed their education in the field of computer engineering. Paulo obtained a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade do Minho from 2017 to 2019. During the same period, they also pursued a second Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Prior to their Master's degrees, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade do Minho, which they completed from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, in March 2018, Paulo obtained the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) certification, at CEFR level C1, from Cambridge English.
