Blanka Elek

Blanka Elek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Blanka is currently the Head of Data Management at Reach plc, a position they started in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Co-op as a Data Governance Manager from January 2020 to September 2021, a Change Analyst from July 2019 to January 2020, and a Data Governance Analyst from October 2017 to July 2019. Blanka also held roles at SIG Distribution as a Data Quality Manager from May 2016 to August 2017, and as a Commercial Executive - Product MDM from August 2015 to May 2016. Blanka was a Category Manager - CCTV at Buy It Direct Ltd. from January 2015 to July 2015, and an Assistant Category Buyer - CCTV & Security at Maplin Electronics from March 2014 to January 2015. Blanka started their career as an Assistant Product Manager (Internship) at Bosch from July 2011 to July 2012.

Blanka Elek attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in International Business with Languages, with a focus on International Business and Spanish. In 2011, they also briefly attended Universidad de Cantabria for International Business studies. Prior to university, they completed their A-levels at Pápai Református Kollégium Gimnáziuma from 2004 to 2008, studying Mathematics, English, Hungarian Language and Literature, History, and Geography. Blanka Elek also holds certifications in Agile Project Management from APMG International, obtained in 2016.
