Xavier K. serves as Senior Legal Counsel at React (Anti-Counterfeiting Network) since December 2019, focusing on the cross-border enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, design rights, and copyright, while also delivering legal strategies and presentations at various meetings and events. Previous experience includes an internship at the Intellectual Property Court of Taiwan in 2019, where Xavier wrote memos for judges and participated in court deliberations on comparative law. Earlier roles include a working student position in litigation at DLA Piper, a tax advisory position at PwC Nederland, and an internship in corporate law at Van Campen Liem. Xavier holds a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has enhanced legal education through study abroad programs at National Taiwan University and the University of Limerick, along with a Master of Laws in Tax Law from Radboud University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Amsterdam.
