Jim Savery

Director, Project Management at React Health

Jim Savery has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jim started their career in 1988 as Director of Customer Service Operations at Stairmaster, where they had P&L responsibility for customer service operations. Jim then moved on to work as the Global Customer Service Manager at Synrad, where they were in charge of order management, demand planning, and post-sale customer support. In 2001, they joined Tally Printer Corporation as the Director of Service and Support, overseeing global post-sales service and technical support operations. Jim later joined MUSIC Group as the Director of Global Service and Support, responsible for all post-sale service and support, including managing distribution centers and partnerships. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Guidant Financial Group as the Director of Client Services, leading client-facing operations and having P&L responsibility for subscription service and product integration. Currently, Jim Savery is working at React Health as the Director of Project Management.

Jim Savery obtained a certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Washington in 2014. Jim also pursued an AAS degree in Information Systems and Business Analyst from Bellevue College from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, Jim has a Technical Diploma in Advanced Weapons Specialist from the U.S. Air Force, specializing in the USAF Advanced Weapons Program.
