Lisa Rudzki Chartered FCIPD has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Lisa currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Reaction Engines, where Lisa is responsible for developing and delivering a people proposition that supports the vision and growth of the organization. Prior to this, Lisa worked at AWE in various HR roles, where Lisa partnered with managers up to director level to manage complex cases and provided advice on individual employee relations cases. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, and various other qualifications related to HR and employment law.
