Terry Osti-Prec

Terry Osti-PREC is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Realtor at Stilhavn Real Estate Services since September 2022. In addition to this role, Terry has been an instructor for both the British Columbia Real Estate Association and the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver since 2021 and 2018, respectively. Previous experience includes positions at RE/MAX Kelowna, where Terry worked from May 2020 to September 2022, and at the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver as a Teaching Assistant from August 2015 to May 2020. Terry's career began in real estate with Sutton Group from 2007 to 2011, complemented by prior service as a firefighter with the Township of Langley Fire Department. Academically, Terry holds a Real Estate Trading License from the UBC Sauder School of Business and has completed education at The University of British Columbia and Kelowna Senior Secondary School. Additionally, Terry contributed to the Kitsilano Chamber of Commerce as a Director and Chair of the Nominations Committee for The Westside Business Awards of Distinction.
