Nonzenzele Aldonza

Nonzenzele Aldonza is a dedicated professional with substantial experience in graduate engagement, mentorship program coordination, and student services. Currently serving as the Manager of Graduate Engagement and Outreach at Reality Changers since February 2023, Nonzenzele excels in developing strategies to connect alumni through networking events and professional development. Previously, in roles such as First-Generation Program Coordinator at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and Student Services Advisor at Westcliff University, Nonzenzele managed mentorship programs and facilitated individualized education plans for students. Additional experience includes serving as Summer Associate Coordinator for Operation Jump Start, where efforts focused on improving college access for students of color, and as Conference Chair for the Afrikan Black Coalition, overseeing student management and leadership training. Nonzenzele holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
