Ruchir Gupta

Ruchir Gupta began their career in 2004 as a Site Engineer at M/S Satish Kumar Contractor. In 2010, they moved to Sadbhav Engineering Ltd as a Deputy Manager. In 2014, they joined Sadbhav Engineering Limited as a Manager, where their roles included billing, planning, contracts and financial modelling. In 2015, they moved to Realization Technologies, Inc. as a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager (Consultant) and Management Consultant. As a Senior Project Manager, they worked with Realization Technologies India Pvt Limited, and their roles included portfolio management, project monitoring and control, process improvement, organizational restructuring, planning and scheduling, vendor management, problem solving and project analytics. Ruchir also handled the entire project lifecycle from design to commissioning with multi-tier planning philosophy and application of CCPM (TOC).

Ruchir Gupta's education history includes a MBA from Nottingham University Business School in Finance from 2007 to 2008, a B. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in Civil Engineering from 1999 to 2003, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) also from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in Civil Engineering.
