Lucia Famiani

Lucia Famiani is an experienced professional in people development, currently serving as the Head of People Development at both Realize Networks and Meat Crew since 2019 and 2022, respectively. With a background that includes roles such as People Development & Reward Specialist and Recruiting & Development Specialist at CEVA Logistics, Lucia has honed expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, training, talent management, performance management, and reward and compensation strategies. Previous positions include HR Generalist at Alstom Power and roles at Gi Group and Europ Assistance Italia Spa. Lucia holds a professional coaching certification from Scuola Italiana di Life & Corporate Coaching and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organization from ISTUD Business School, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Messina.
