Bojan Losic

Bojan Losic has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bojan started their career as a Postdoctoral fellow at the University of Alberta in 2005 and later worked as a Model Developer at Ontario Power Generation in 2008. In 2009, they joined OICR as a Scientist. Bojan then transitioned to academia and worked as an Assistant Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai from 2012 to 2016, followed by an Associate Professor role from 2016 to 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Bojan served as the Director of Bioinformatics and Head of MRD Emerging Technology at Guardant Health. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Analytics at REALM IDx, Inc.

Bojan Losic pursued their higher education starting from 1996 until 1999 at the University of Waterloo, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. Later on, from 2000 to 2006, they attended The University of British Columbia where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics.
