Til Mauder

Til Mauder has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. They are currently the Head of User Experience & Design at RealSelf since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Silicon Valley Bank from 2020 to 2021 as the Director of Product Design. During their time at Silicon Valley Bank, they led an interdisciplinary team of designers and accomplished various tasks such as implementing a design system program for the core banking platform and establishing brand-loyal UI style guides. Before that, Til Mauder worked at Macy's from 2011 to 2020, initially as a UX Lead and later as a Manager, User Experience. At Macy's, they played a significant role in guiding the digital design practice and leading the creation of design artifacts. Prior to Macy's, they worked at Wells Fargo from 2010 to 2011 as a Senior Consultant, User Experience. During their time at Wells Fargo, they partnered with program management, marketing, and compliance to act as the owner of the product's UX roadmap. Til Mauder also has experience working at MedVantage from 2008 to 2010 as a Manager, User Experience. They were responsible for owning the original product design delivery and establishing best practice UI design tenets. Lastly, Til Mauder has prior experience as a Principal, Partner, Co-founder, Creative Director, and Sr Designer at a design agency and as a co-founder of a SaaS startup. Their clients included well-known brands such as REI, North Face, Pepsi, Bank of America, and Sun Microsystems.

Til Mauder has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from ArtCenter College of Design. They have also completed the Multimedia Studies Program at San Francisco State University.
