Kyle Campbell

Kyle Campbell is the VP, Senior Legal Counsel, and Risk Manager at Realty Income. Kyle has over 7 years of experience working as a member of an executive team responsible for overseeing and managing all legal aspects of the business of a general construction contractor. Their experience includes negotiating joint ventures responsible for $350M+ in construction contracts, negotiating numerous contracts, teaming agreements, and non-disclosure agreements in excess of $200M, and managing the resolution of $25M+ in insurance/claims/litigation risk. Kyle has also established multiple internal company policies and procedures to ensure best practices and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition to their legal experience, Kyle has also managed the company’s insurance portfolio, corporate licenses and filings, human resources, real estate issues, business partner risk evaluation, and legal consultation on a variety of day-to-day corporate issues. Kyle has been selected by the San Diego Daily Transcript as one of the top 25 in-house attorneys in San Diego County in 2011, 2012 and 2014.
