Sue Marotta

Sue is the VP of People and Culture at Reapit, responsible for all people-related matters for the global Reapit team.

She has over 25 years’ experience as a HR professional, holding global HR leadership roles across a wide range of industries: technology (Rimini Street, Rimes Technologies), datacentres (Digital Reality and Iron Mountain), asset management/investment (Balfour Beatty Investments) and joined Reapit from the commercial real estate company, Avison Young. Sue is passionate about developing and delivering people initiatives that make a positive impact on both the employee experience and business performance.
