Jenika Parson

Jenika Parson currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Rebar Kelly, a position held since January 2021. Previously, Jenika was the Director of Operations at the U.S. Gymnastics Development Center from July 2013 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes managing the Smith College Campus Center, supervising a team of 16 associates, and overseeing various operations. Jenika also has a background in research, having worked as a research assistant in fields related to auditory health and biomechanics while at Smith College, and served as a Teacher's Assistant in thermodynamics. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering with a minor in Psychology from Smith College, completed in 2013, and a high school diploma from Teaneck High School in 2009.
