Andrew Dorsey

Andrew Dorsey has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Andrew is currently the Head of Talent at Rebellion Defense, where they lead a team of technologists focused on developing advanced defense technology. Prior to Rebellion Defense, Andrew worked as a Recruiting Manager at Meta, focusing on hiring for Artificial Intelligence roles. Andrew also held leadership positions at C3 AI, serving as the Vice President of Human Resources and the Director of Talent Acquisition. At IBM, Andrew worked as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader for Watson Internet of Things (IoT) and also played a key role in launching a tech start-up in New York City's Silicon Alley. Andrew began their career as a Researcher at Willoughby & Hoefer, P.A. and also gained experience as an Intern in International Human Resources at Halliburton. Andrew has a proven track record in talent acquisition, leadership development, and strategic planning.

Andrew Dorsey has a Master of Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, which they obtained in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Policy from the University of South Carolina in 2011. In 2009, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA), Summa Cum Laude, in Political Science and Speech Communication, also from the University of South Carolina. Andrew also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree from the University of South Carolina, which they obtained in 2007. In terms of certifications, Andrew has completed various courses on platforms like Coursera and LinkedIn, including "AI For Everyone," "Innovation Through Design: Think, Make, Break, Repeat," "Foundations of Everyday Leadership," "UX Design: From Concept to Prototype," and "Writing in the Sciences."
