Karoline Hoch has worked in various roles since 2007. Karoline started their career as a Human Resources employee at Marseille-Akademie in 2007. In 2009, they moved to VDSE GmbH where they worked as a Quality Management employee. In 2012, Karoline joined DMI-Systems AG as a Junior Consultant. In 2015, they became a Change Manager at Beiersdorf. In 2019, Karoline moved to MEGA eG as a Human Resources Development Manager. Her current role is Partner Manager at Recare, a position they have held since 2022.
