Toril Haaland

Toril Haaland currently serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Recharge, a position held since November 2023. Prior roles include Executive Vice President of People & Organisation at Scatec ASA from June 2018 to July 2023, and various HR management roles at GE Healthcare, including HR Manager for Core Imaging Europe and Country HRM for Norway from February 2012 to August 2018. Additional experience includes HR Manager at GE Vingmed Ultrasound AS, Senior HR Advisor at Bufetat, and multiple HR roles at HP and Adecco Personnel Services. Toril Haaland holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from BI Norwegian Business School, earned between 2010 and 2011, and has also pursued further education at AFF and BI Norwegian Business School.
