Marina Gosling-Koupeeva

Marina Gosling-Koupeeva has 29 years of work experience in various financial roles. Marina is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Recognise Bank since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Goldman Sachs for 15 years, starting in 2008 as a Managing Director in Investment Banking and continuing until January 2023. From 2004 to 2008, Marina held the position of Director of Strategic Equity / Equity Derivatives, Structured Finance at Deutsche Bank. Before that, they worked at BNP Paribas as an Equity Derivatives specialist from 2001 to 2004. Marina's career began at PwC, where they worked in Audit, Consulting, and the Financial Services Practice from 1994 to 1998.

Marina Gosling-Koupeeva earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD in 2000. Prior to that, they studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1995 to 1996. Marina also holds the ACCA certification from ACCA.
