Tricia Halpin has a diverse work experience in various roles within the banking and financial industry. Tricia started their career at Barclays in 1990 as a Senior Productivity Analyst/Branch Banking, focusing on reviewing and assessing overall performance in branches and departments. Tricia then moved on to AIB, where they held the positions of Head of HR - Business Partners and Senior Manager from 2001 to 2013. In 2014, they joined the London Stock Exchange Group as an Interim Senior strategic HR Business Partner & Change agent, where they were responsible for major transformation and change programs. Tricia joined Masthaven Bank in 2016 as Director of HR before being promoted to Chief People Officer in 2019. Currently, they are the Chief People Officer at Recognise Bank.
Tricia Halpin's education history includes obtaining a Postgraduate degree in Employment Law from the University of Surrey in 2008. Additionally, they pursued further studies in Employment Law with the ACEL program at the same university. Tricia also completed an ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring course at the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and obtained a degree in the same field. Tricia received training in Organizational Leadership from Henley Management College and also underwent counseling training with Counselling in Companies. Furthermore, Tricia completed Morrisby Profiling and SHL Level 1 & 2 courses at the British Psychological Society. Tricia acquired mediation training and attended the ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring program at the Henley Business School.
