Jennifer Campos

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the environmental field and serves as a Project Director/Principal Planner for California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance. Her keen expertise facilitates project processing through environmental review and permitting where she works closely with private applicants, public agencies, planners, engineers, and architects during all stages of the planning process. Her experience has emphasized the management of environmental review for policy planning documents such as general plans, community plans, and specific plans as well as a full range of development projects such as residential, mixed-use, commercial, urban redevelopment, affordable housing and transportation planning. Jennifer has an M.A. in International Agricultural Development and a B.A. in Geography and is on the County of San Diego Approved CEQA Consultants List as an EIR Preparer and Agricultural Resources. She is a member of the Association of Environmental Professionals (AEP) and the American Planning Association (APA).
