Gordon J Daniels has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Gordon J started their career at Procter & Gamble, where they worked in brand management for various therapy areas. Gordon J then moved up the ranks to become the Global Marketing Director for Actonel, P&G's top medicine. During this role, they successfully implemented brand positioning and oversaw market performance.

Afterwards, Daniels joined GSK, where they held several senior positions. Gordon J served as the Head of Commercial Development for Cardiovascular Metabolics and Musculoskeletal in the APJEM region, leading marketing and commercial operations. Gordon J also served as the Head of Marketing & Commercial Operations for GSK's EMAP business, where they achieved early launch excellence and market leadership in respiratory, osteoporosis, and secondary oncology care biologic medicines.

At GSK, Daniels also held the position of Senior Director Global Marketing Respiratory, where they were responsible for the global marketing strategy and performance of COPD portfolio products. Gordon J was also involved in the company's business development efforts, leading the negotiation and transaction to divest GSK's in-licensed musculoskeletal and oncology biologics.

Most recently, Daniels joined Recordati Rare Diseases as the Head of Marketing and Commercial Operations. Here, they led the marketing strategy and operations for EMEA and international markets, with a focus on rare disease brands. Gordon J also took on additional responsibilities as the Head of Marketing and Customer Engagement, leading the transformation of the company's global customer engagement strategy and adoption of an artificial intelligence strategy.

Throughout their career, Daniels has demonstrated strong leadership skills, accountability for P&L growth, and the ability to drive results in complex stakeholder environments.

Gordon J Daniels completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from McMaster University from 1986 to 1990. In 2018, they furthered their education with a degree in Multichannel Marketing from AVADO Learning. Additionally, in 2018-2019, they pursued a degree in High Performance Leadership from IMD.
