Molly Nyiramahoro

Molly Nyiramahoro is a results-oriented and self-motivated professional with over 9 years of experience in Information Management and Human Resource. Currently serving as a Senior Records Officer at District Local Government since September 2014, Molly is responsible for payroll management, recruitment, capacity building, budgeting, manpower analysis, and performance management. Previous roles include Senior Officer at RECORDS, LLC and Information Scientist at District Local Government. Molly has conducted research on the impact of Information Technology on student records management and diversity management approaches in service delivery within Uganda. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Management Studies with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Makerere University and Uganda Management Institute.
