Eliana Ainsley has over five years of experience in the recruitment and Human Resources fields. Eliana began their career in 2015 as a Recruiter for Nagarro. In 2016, they moved to Vsw INC as an HR Manager. In 2018, they took on the role of Senior Technical Recruiter for CS GROUP. From 2017-2019, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter Contract for Recruter.tn, where they were a Consultative Talent Partner to Corporate Centers of Excellence and was responsible for full cycle recruitment. Finally, from 2019-present, Eliana has been a Senior Technical Recruiter for Recruit CRM.

Eliana Ainsley received their Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Southern California between 2010 and 2015.
