Randy Nguyen

Randy Nguyen's work experience begins in 2012 when they started working at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor, where they managed a team of baristas and ensured excellent customer service. In 2019, they transitioned to Hoag Hospital as a Clinical Support Specialist until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Ray America Inc. as a Field Services Engineer, responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting products and systems at customer locations. Following that, Randy joined EnGenius Technologies as an RMA Specialist from 2021 to 2023, where they managed the return merchandise authorization process. Currently, they are working at Recuro Health as a Product Services Specialist.

Randy Nguyen obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Information Technology from Platt College-Los Angeles, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Los Amigos High School from 2008 to 2012. However, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for their high school education.
