Tanisha Srivastava

Tanisha Srivastava has a diverse range of work experience in data analysis. In 2019, they worked as a Summer Intern at NTPC Limited, where they analyzed temperature variations in stockpiles to prevent auto-combustion of coal. Tanisha used Global Mapper software to generate thermal images for hot spot detection, resulting in the conservation of coal.

In 2021, Tanisha interned at NTPC Limited as a Data Analyst Intern. Tanisha collected and analyzed employee data using Excel and R, and built a dashboard using Microsoft Power BI to track employee engagement. This resulted in a 40% increase in employee engagement across NTPC Stations.

In 2022, they worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University.

Currently, they are employed as a Data Analyst at Recycle Track Systems. Tanisha'sresponsibilities include processing and posting invoices with a 98% accuracy rate using Dynamics ERP and NAV. Tanisha also creates work orders for each charge using NAV and reviews invoices and work orders to reduce billing errors by 15%.

Tanisha Srivastava completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Instrumentation and Control from Manipal Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2021. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Analytics from Northeastern University, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2023. In addition to their formal education, Tanisha obtained several certifications in various data science-related courses from Coursera in March 2020. These certifications include Exploratory Data Analysis, Getting and Cleaning Data, R Programming, Reproducible Research, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox.
