Matias Gualtieri Lara

Matias Gualtieri Lara has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Matias is currently working as a Technical Sales Manager at Recycleye since 2023. Previously, they worked at UAV Navigation as an Account Manager from 2019 to 2021 and then as a Pre-sales & Support Engineer from 2019 to 2022. Matias also has experience as a GNSS Engineer at GMV from 2018 to 2019, where they contributed to R&D activities and assisted in software design and code development. Prior to that, Matias had internships at Skylife Engineering and GMV, where they gained hands-on experience in motor control algorithm modelling and simulation, as well as field testing and data post-processing using Python and Excel. Matias also worked as an intern at ISAE-ENSMA University, conducting research on 3D simulation of the detonation process. Matias started their career as a student at INFN in 2011. Overall, they have a strong background in technical sales, account management, engineering, R&D, and simulation.

Matias Gualtieri Lara began their education journey in 2007 at the Technical Industrial Institute "A. Volta" Pescara, where they earned their High School Diploma in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician in 2012. Matias then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, graduating in 2018.

During that time, from 2015 to 2018, Matias also attended Politecnico di Torino and earned a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering. Simultaneously, they pursued a Master of Engineering - MEng in Aerospace Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which they completed in 2018 as well.

In 2021, Matias obtained a certification called "Programa ThePowerMBA" from ThePower Business School, further enhancing their skills and knowledge in Business Expert - Gestión y Administración de Empresas.
