Ladawn Penigar-Mitchell

LaDawn Penigar-Mitchell began their work experience as a Public Relations Intern at Burberry in 2012. LaDawn then worked as a Fifth Avenue Club Assistant at Saks Fifth Avenue from 2013 to 2014. Following that, they served as a PR Assistant at Harrison & Shriftman in 2014. In 2015, they joined Quantum Management Services Ltd. as a Recruitment Specialist until 2017. LaDawn then worked at Red Antler, starting as a Recruitment Lead from 2017 to 2019, followed by a role as a Recruitment Manager from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Recruitment Director at Red Antler.

LaDawn Penigar-Mitchell attended C.E. Byrd High School from 2005 to 2009. LaDawn then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in the School of Media and Journalism at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2010 to 2013.
