Grant Skipper has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Grant is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Red Balloon Security, Inc., starting in February 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Research Engineer at the same company from April 2022 to February 2023.
Before joining Red Balloon Security, Inc., Grant served as a Professor at DePauw University from August 2021 to May 2022. Grant was responsible for teaching and imparting knowledge to students.
Grant also worked as an Engineer at NAVSEA Warfare Centers (NSWC/NUWC) from October 2020 to May 2022. During this time, they co-founded the FPGA Assurance for Navy & Gov. Systems (FANGS) Lab at NSWC Crane and played a key role in its establishment.

Grant Skipper completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science from DePauw University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Subsequently, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Engineering at Indiana University Bloomington, from 2017 to 2022.
