Quentin Peltier, LLM, currently serves as Legal Ops at Red Bull, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of the legal department since July 2023. Concurrently, Quentin teaches various master's programs at Université de Lorraine and Université de Strasbourg, covering topics such as GDPR, legal design, digital economy law, and the regulatory framework for web applications. Prior experience includes practicing as an attorney specializing in data protection law at Fidal and as a lawyer in data privacy and commercial law at Mazars.
