Scott Rose has extensive work experience in various technical and managerial roles. Scott started their career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator from 1986 to 1994. After leaving the Navy, they worked as an Operator Instructor at Northeast Utilities from 1997 to 1998. Scott then joined Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as an Installation Manager from 1999 to 2003.

From 1999 to 2006, Scott worked at World Wide Technology as the Manager of Field Services. Scott then moved on to ANS Advanced Network Services, LLC, where they served as an Account Manager from 2006 to 2008.

Scott's career took a turn in 2008 when they joined Sixnet, which later became Red Lion. At Sixnet, they held the position of Manager, Technical Account Team from 2008 to 2012. After the company's transition to Red Lion, they became the Director of Global Sales Engineering from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Global Technical Services at Red Lion Controls, a position they have held since 2015.

Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in technical services, sales engineering, and team management.

Scott Rose attended Saratoga Springs High School, though the exact duration of their enrollment is unknown. After high school, they pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from the University at Albany, SUNY from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they also attended the College of Charleston from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Math.
