Sara Bittorf has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the food and hospitality industry. Sara started their career as the VP of Consumer Marketing at The Miami Herald, where they focused on bringing innovation to the industry. Sara then worked as a Strategy and Innovation Consultant at The Dallas Morning News, developing new business ideas and improving customer value management. Sara later became a Strategy & Innovation consultant at Skirt Smart, specializing in marketing to women. Sara then joined Carnival Cruise Lines as the Guest Experience for Dining & Entertainment, where they identified opportunities to enhance the guest experience and generate revenue. Sara then moved on to become the VP of Marketing at Carrabba's Italian Grill, where they achieved ten consecutive quarters of growth in traffic, comp sales, and market share. Sara further advanced their career as the Chief Brand Officer at Boston Market, leading all marketing and new product development efforts. Sara then served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Bob Evans Restaurants, LLC, where they led the development of brand and marketing strategy and achieved exponential growth in online and delivery sales. Most recently, they held the role of Chief Experience Officer/Chief Strategy Officer at TGI Fridays. Currently, Sara is the Chief Experience Officer at Red Lobster.

Sara Bittorf completed a course on "Women on Boards: Succeeding as a Corporate Director" at Harvard Business School in 2018. Sara also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Boston University. In addition, they completed the Kellogg Action Lab Experience in Collaborative Leadership at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
