The current executive team at Red Lobster has a wide range of experience in leadership positions at various companies as well as adjunct professorships and coaching. Many members of the team have experience in the restaurant industry, including Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, Bloomin' Brands, Inc., and Avado Brands. The team also has experience in digital marketing from their time at University of South Florida and CKE Restaurants, Inc. as well as accounting and economics from University of St. Thomas.
