Samantha Phelps is a seasoned Senior Development Consultant at Red Loft, with extensive experience in senior management, project team assembly, and complex scheme delivery since May 2017. Samantha has expertise in legal negotiations, growth strategy formulation, and regulatory compliance, along with strong collaborative skills in working with residents on regeneration schemes. Previous roles include Development Consultant at The Guinness Partnership and Development Project Manager at Stonewater, where management of projects from feasibility to completion was a key responsibility. Samantha began their career as Planned Maintenance Administrator at Stevenage Borough Council. Educationally, Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and Art History from Lancaster University.
